Q1:Manufacturer or trading company? Where is the company located?

A:We are a professional manufacturer who provides manufacturing of copper/brass materials used in piping system with good quality and competitive price. The factory is located in Shaoxing City, Zhejiang Province, China. We also have office in Shanghai, China.

Q2:What products can the company supply?

A:We produce copper/brass materials for AC/R, pipeline system connection, installation and maintenance, for instance, we manufacture straight copper pipes for ACR, copper pancake coils, level wound coils (LWC), copper pipes for water, copper soldering fittings, brass threaded fittings, brass compression fittings, brass flared fittings, etc.

Q3:Can you provide a product catalog?

A:Contact our sales manager, we will send the product catalog you need to your mailbox.

Q4:Can you accept customization?

A:Yes. Products can be customized as per your requirements.

Q5:Can we use the specified packing method?

A:Of course, the products can be packaged according to your own packaging method.

Q6:Can we offer quotations for the products not shown on the website?
A:There are too many products for piping system, and not all of the products we can supply are displayed.

Q7:What's your payment terms?
A:Our payment term: 30% T/T deposit and 70% T/T before delivery.

Q8:What's your incoterms?

A:We accept EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.

Q9:What's the min quantity?

A:There is no min order quantity for all products. 

Q10:Are samples available free of charge?
A:Depending on the product, we can provide you with free samples for most products. 

Q11:How about your delivery time?
A:Generally, 7~10 working days. It based on your order quantity.

Q12:How to ensure the quality?
A:Mill Test Certificate is supplied with shipment. Approved by ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 every year. If needed, a Third Party Inspection is acceptable.
